1. How do I make an order?

You can make an order by adding a product to the cart, choosing a date and checking out or you can contact us directly and we can send you an invoice to pay.

3. Can you set up on concrete or just on grass?

We can set up on either but there will be an extra $30 fee for the bounce house and Water slide due to extra set-up time and materials. A $10 fee will be added to the tent set up on concrete due to the extra set-up time and materials.

4. Can we keep the rental overnight?

This will be on a case-by-case basis due to a possible rental the next day or time restraints

5. Which areas do you service?

Mainly Royse City and close surrounding areas such as Caddo Mills, Josephine and Fate. We do make exceptions for Rockwall, Commerce, Greenville, etc. Give us a call for availability for these locations.

6. Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
