1. How do I make an order?
You can make an order by adding a product to the cart, choosing a date and checking out or you can contact us directly and we can send you an invoice to pay.

3. Can you set up on concrete or just on grass?
Yes, we can set up on grass or on hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt or indoor floors. Because of the extra setup time and materials, hard-surface setups have an extra fee: $30 for a bounce house, $30 for a water slide, and $10 for a tent.
4. Can we keep the rental overnight?
This will be on a case-by-case basis due to a possible rental the next day or time restraints
5. Which areas do you service?
We deliver to Royse City, Rockwall, Wylie, Lavon, Caddo Mills, Fate, Heath, Josephine, Nevada and Farmersville. We may also be able to deliver to Commerce, Greenville and other nearby towns. Give us a call for availability in those areas.
6. Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
7. How much does a bounce house rental cost?
Our bounce houses start at $120 (Palm Tree Bounce House). The Lego Block Bounce House is $140, the Bounce House Combo is $200, and inflatable slides run $160 to $225. Folding chairs are $3 each. See all current prices on our products page.
8. Do you set up and take down the rentals?
Yes. Our team delivers, sets up and secures every unit, then comes back to pick it up after your event.
9. Do you rent tables, chairs and tents too?
Yes! We rent folding tables and chairs, tents, yard games and generators, so you can get everything for your party in one order.
10. What happens if it rains?
If you cancel within 7 days of your event because of weather, you'll receive a rain credit good for 12 months from your original event date. Rain credits can't be transferred and have no cash value. We don't give cash refunds for weather. For everyone's safety, inflatables can't be used in thunderstorms, lightning or winds over 15 to 20 MPH.
11. How much is the deposit, and what is your cancellation policy?
A 20% deposit is due when you book, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancel at least 7 days before your event to get a refund of the rest of your payment. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable (see the rain credit above for weather cancellations).
12. What do I need for power?
Each blower needs its own standard outlet (115 volts, 20 amps) within 50 feet of the unit, with nothing else running on that circuit. Please don't use your own extension cords. No outlet nearby? Rent one of our generators.
13. Are there any extra fees?
- Hard-surface setup (concrete, asphalt or indoor floors): $30 per bounce house, $30 per water slide, $10 per tent
- $50 for same-day or last-minute bookings
- $30 if a fence, equipment or heavy furniture has to be moved for access
- $20 for service calls caused by electrical problems
14. Is anything not allowed in the bounce house?
Yes. No silly string, food, drinks, confetti, foam or trash in or around the units, because they can permanently damage them. Everyone should remove shoes, glasses and sharp objects before jumping, and an adult must supervise at all times. See our full Terms & Conditions for all safety rules.
